The artisan has created a fantastically intricate hand-etched design of vibrant red, blue and white flowers, green foliage and gold patterns, all the being colors created from natural pigments. The lustrous black finish on which the design has been hand-etched is produced through the application of seven layers of lacquer followed by a two-month drying process, achieving a rich shine.
